A sneak peek on our First Successful Hive Seminar here in Cebu, Philippines!

After attending one of my close friend's wedding last Friday, I had to gather the last of my energy to host our much awaited Hive Onboarding Seminar the next day (July 03, 2021). And oh boy! It was a blast, you guys! At first I really had no role to play on this event but @ybanezkim26 asked me to assist him as he had a meeting with @purepinay to plan out this event . As a loyal subject, I had to obliged. So yeah, I ended up helping them with the program flow and volunteered to emcee the said seminar (confidence level up).

Hive Onboarding Seminar was all about sharing the Hive blockchain to our invitees and this great opportunity on @OCD's onboarding program! All this was explained on point by @purepinay to our invitees without feeling overwhelmed with the concept. Even I was impressed and had to listen intently because of the additional knowledge she was able to impart on us.

After the simple, short and very informative Hive introduction, we proceeded with helping our invitees setting up their account using the VIP tickets (with our referral links) @purepinay made. @OCD's onboarding program was definitely easy and took us a few seconds to make their accounts. Afterwhich, we taught our invitees the basics in navigating their accounts.

While waiting for the food to be ready, we went ahead with the next part of the program which was a little bit of sharing about their life in Hive. This was done by none other than @ybanezkim26 and @thegaillery.
On the video, you will definitely get inspired by @ybanezkim26's success story here in Hive as our new invitees were in awe as well.

We then had our growling tummies fed with the delicious food served by R&R Urban Cafe. Afterwhich, we ended our event with some giveaways by @purepinay to our invitees, OCD shirts to old Hivers, and a Php 1000 giveaway to one of our lucky attendees (watch this towards the end of the video!).

This event was organized by the one and only @purepinay which truth be told she was an epic host, speaker and organizer. Her initiative on this one goes to say that she has passion and fire for HIVE which we all need right now.

Assisted by @ybanezkim26 who keeps everyone motivated and always supporting our Hive Cebu Community. Also, we had @gerel, @chillwithshanna, and @thegaillery for their generosity and skills assisting this event.
