¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy les traigo un vídeo de agradecimiento y un post con mis impresiones sobre el HIVE Meeting LATAM 2020, que se llevó a cabo el día de ayer, donde marcamos un record histórico por la increíble asistencia que tuvimos de parte de nuestra hermosa comunidad hispana.

Welcome back to my blog, guys! Today I bring you a video of appreciation and a post with my impressions of the HIVE Meeting LATAM 2020, which took place yesterday, where we set a historical record for the incredible attendance we had on behalf of our beautiful Hispanic community.

¡Asistencia de locura! | Insane attendance!

Jamás en la historia de los eventos de Discord habíamos logrado una asistencia tan numerosa como la que vimos en este magnífico encuentro; como ven en la imagen de arriba en tan solo un par de días tuvimos 149 personas que aceptaron la invitación al servidor de Discord creado para dicho evento.

En el chat de voz habían demasiadas personas y siento que esto motivó a muchísimas personas (incluyéndome) porque esto nos ha dado un gran mensaje: la comunidad hispana está presente en la plataforma.

Never in the history of Discord events had we achieved such a large attendance as we saw in this magnificent meeting; as you see in the image above in just a couple of days we had 149 people who accepted the invitation to the Discord server created for that event.

In the voice chat there were too many people and I feel that this motivated many people (including me) because this has given us a great message: the Hispanic community is present on the platform.

¡Escuchamos a los Testigos! | We hear the Witnesses!

Tuvimos dos participaciones muy especiales porque muchas personas tal vez no conocían la función de los testigos o el trabajo que ellos realizan mientras nosotros nos enfocamos en la creación y curación de contenido en la plataforma, además de la difusión de la misma en las redes sociales.

Una de ellas fue de nuestro witness hispano @cervantes, de la mano de @pgarcgo, quien nos explicó todos los cambios que se vivieron en este año 2020 a nivel de estructura, los cambios que trajo el hardfork que separó Hive de la blockchain de Steem y la visión que tiene él como Witness para la plataforma y el rumbo que se cree posible para el año 2021 en la blockchain de Hive, fue una experiencia muy gratificante.

Luego tuvimos una participación muy genial donde tuve que ser un traductor en tiempo real (fue bastante épico este hecho) para poder eliminar la barrera de lenguaje, conocimos los cambios que traerá el Hive Power Up Day de la mano de @arcange, un testigo muy querido en la plataforma por el trabajo que realiza con @hivebuzz para el reconocimiento de las personas por sus labores excepcionales dentro de nuestra blockchain.

Él nos habló sobre el cómo serán recompensados todos los socios de la plataforma que realicen un Power Up este 1ero de Enero con delegaciones dependiendo de la cantidad de Hive que lleven a su Hive Power y también dependiendo de qué tantas veces hayan realizado un Power Up este año, fue una sorpresa magnífica para empezar el año 2021 con energía.

We had two very special participations because many people perhaps didn't know the role of witnesses or the work they do while we focused on the creation and curation of content on the platform, as well as the dissemination of it on social networks.

One of them was our Hispanic witness @cervantes, from the hand of @pgarcgo, who explained to us all the changes that were experienced in this year 2020 at the level of structure, the changes brought about by the hardfork that separated Hive from Steem's blockchain and the vision that he has as a Witness for the platform and the direction that is believed to be possible for the year 2021 in Hive's blockchain, it was a very rewarding experience.

Then we had a very great participation where I had to be a real time translator (this was quite epic) to be able to eliminate the language barrier, we knew the changes that the Hive Power Up Day will bring from the hand of @arcange, a very beloved witness in the platform for the work he does with @hivebuzz for the recognition of people for their exceptional work inside our blockchain.

He talked about how all the platform partners who make a Power Up this January 1st will be rewarded with delegations depending on how many Hive they take to their Hive Power and also depending on how many times they have made a Power Up this year, it was a great surprise to start the year 2021 with energy.

¡Conocimos proyectos geniales! | We met awesome projects!

Al momento de realizar la sección de las comunidades y proyectos, se nos fue completamente de las manos (para bien) porque nos faltó mucho tiempo para poder seguir hablando de más y más espacios que tenemos en la comunidad hispana para hacer vida, fue totalmente increíble.

Entre las participaciones que tuvimos en esta sección estuvieron:

• @eddiespino hablando sobre los tópicos hablados en el HiveFest que sucedió días antes de este evento; pudimos conocer la visión que tienen las grandes ballenas y grandes líderes de comunidad para el futuro de nuestra blockchain, fue demasiado épico.

• @fermionico hablando sobre Full Deportes, un espacio dedicado a las publicaciones deportivas con su toque de exclusividad para con la comunidad hispana; fue muy interesante conocer su visión del futuro y la ambición que tiene el mister con respecto a esta comunidad, así que esperen cosas increíbles para el año 2021.

• @tripode hablando sobre el proyecto @smi-le y la comunidad Blogging Challenge, esta fue una de las participaciones más geniales porque esta señorita nos demostró que más allá del hecho de tener mucho HP, puedes contribuir a esta plataforma con ingenio, pasión y determinación; su proyecto está enfocado en los nuevos usuarios y en las personas que no consiguen temáticas para realizar publicaciones, simplemente genial.

• @ylich hablando sobre el proyecto @la-colmena que todos conocemos como la gran casa de aprendizaje sobre la curación de contenido para la comunidad hispana y además hablando sobre las comunidades Literatos y Music, las cuales son gestionadas por él, fue excelente su charla porque además invitó a la reflexión de las personas que asistieron sobre el tema de incrementar el HP en las cuentas, el hecho de consumir contenido, de interactuar, etc.

• @dimeshana hablando sobre la comunidad Hive-Con el cual es un espacio para el contenido geek variado de la plataforma (videojuegos, tecnología, animé, comics, películas, series, etc), su presentación tocó el tema de la evolución del proyecto y la visión que tiene para él en el año próximo, fue una presentación sin pérdida alguna.

• @elizabeths14 hablando sobre la comunidad Motherhood, un espacio dedicado a las personas que ejercen la maternidad o paternidad, además de incluir a personas que tengan historias interesantes que contar con respecto a vivencias con sus padres, fue bastante genial porque nos invitó a las curaciones en vivo que realiza en el servidor de la comunidad de PAL, las cuáles son increíblemente disfrutables.

• @avellana hablando sobre el proyecto @laradio, el cual tiene mucho tiempo haciendo vida dentro de nuestra gran blockchain y que ahorita se intensificó por la conformación de un gran equipo de trabajo, además de contar con muchos usuarios de la plataforma los cuales están patrocinando el trabajo que se realiza en dicho proyecto, fue una conversación increíblemente agradable.

Todas estas personas realizaron participaciones increíbles donde conectaron con todas las personas que estuvieron presente y que siguen apostando por nuestra comunidad la cual hoy más que nunca está muy unida para trabajar en conjunto y crecer de forma exponencial.

At the time of making the section of communities and projects, it was completely out of our hands (for good) because we lacked a lot of time to continue talking about more and more spaces that we have in the Hispanic community to make life, it was totally incredible.

Among the participations we had in this section were

• @eddiespino talking about the topics spoken at the HiveFest that happened days before this event; we were able to learn about the vision that the great whales and great community leaders have for the future of our blockchain, it was too epic.

• @fermionico talking about Full Deportes, a space dedicated to sports publications with its touch of exclusivity for the Hispanic community; it was very interesting to learn about his vision of the future and the ambition that el mister has regarding this community, so expect incredible things for the year 2021.

• @tripode talking about the project @smi-le and the Blogging Challenge community, this was one of the coolest participations because this lady showed us that beyond the fact that you have a lot of HP, you can contribute to this platform with ingenuity, passion and determination; her project is focused on new users and people who don't get topics to publish, simply great.

• @ylich talking about the project @la-colmena that we all know as the great house of learning about the curation of content for the Hispanic community and also talking about the Literatos and Music communities, which are managed by him, his talk was excellent because it also invited reflection from the people who attended on the subject of increasing HP in the accounts, the fact of consuming content, of interacting, etc.

• @dimeshana talking about the Hive-Con community which is a space for the varied geek content of the platform (video games, technology, animé, comics, movies, series, etc), his presentation touched on the evolution of the project and the vision he has for it in the coming year, it was a presentation without any loss.

• @elizabeths14 talking about the Motherhood community, a space dedicated to people who practice motherhood or fatherhood, besides including people who have interesting stories to tell regarding experiences with their parents, was quite great because he invited us to the live healings he does on the PAL community server, which are incredibly enjoyable.

• @avellana talking about the project @laradio, which has a lot of time doing life inside our big blockchain and that now was intensified by the conformation of a great work team, besides having many users of the platform which are sponsoring the work done in that project, was an incredibly pleasant conversation.

All these people made incredible participations where they connected with all the people who were present and who continue betting on our community which today more than ever is very united to work together and grow exponentially.

¡Logramos aparecer en la lista de Trending Topics, es decir, de temas más hablados del día en Twitter en Venezuela! Esta marca siempre solemos dejarla cuando nos toca realizar el famoso #Hivechat, pero en esta ocasión, sin mucha planificación tuvimos un excelente impacto en las redes.

We managed to appear on the Trending Topics list, that is, the most talked about topics of the day on Twitter in Venezuela! We always leave this mark when we perform the famous #Hivechat, but this time, without much planning, we had an excellent impact on the networks.

Palabras Finales | Final Words

Quiero enviar mis palabras de agradecimiento para todas las personas que asistieron y me encantaría etiquetarlos a todos pero siento que eso podría verse como un spam terrible jajaja así que espero que puedan leerme en algún momento.

Además, quiero agradecer al equipo organizador que hizo que todo esto fuera posible en tan solo 1 día y sin mucha planificación: @eddiespino, @victoriabsb, @enrique89, ustedes son lo máximo.

Por último quiero decirles que este evento servirá como estudio para eventos posteriores, los cuales estarán más planificados y por ende, podremos cumplir con la agenda al pie de la letra, disculpen lo malo y sigamos creciendo como una gran comunidad que somos.

Finally, I want to tell you that this event will serve as a study for future events, which will be more planned and therefore, we will be able to fulfill the agenda to the letter, excuse the bad things and continue growing as the great community that we are.
