Saludos chicos, bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, hoy no me siento muy feliz y realmente hacer este post me costó bastante porque siento que cuando uno cae en situaciones como esta uno se siente de la peor manera posible, porque no es lo que uno busca en la vida.

En el vídeo que traigo el día de hoy podrán conocer una situación que viví el día de hoy con respecto al tema de mi salud y el cómo la empresa encargada de mi "seguro de vida" terminó estafándome por falta de ética y ahora estoy en un problema financiero que necesito solventar y para eso pido la ayuda de ustedes.

In the video that I bring today you will be able to know a situation that I lived today regarding the issue of my health and how the company in charge of my "life insurance" ended up scamming me for lack of ethics and now I am in a financial problem that I need to solve and for that I ask for your help.

Para los que no les cargue el vídeo correctamente, les voy a resumir por acá de qué va todo, resulta que hoy sufrí un ataque de migraña muy salvaje, al punto de que no pude tener control de mi cuerpo como por 5 horas y media aproximadamente, además de que se me durmieron las manos, entonces opté por ir a chequearme a la sede de Rescarven de Chuao.

Nunca había tenido problemas ahí de ningún tipo y procedí a entrar de la manera que conozco, pagando al entrar una cuota para la "cobertura" (que solo es de 500 Bs (120$)) y te dicen al entrar que luego de esa cobertura debes pagar el resto tú.

Yo por supuesto acepté porque no tenía opción, ni siquiera tenía control de mí en ese momento así que aceptaron por mí, yo comencé a recibir tratamiento y me hicieron un exámen de sangre; mi dolor de cabeza sanó como unas 2 horas y media después del tratamiento.

Como 30 minutos después me dicen que tienen que hacerme unos Rayos X en el tórax para ver mis pulmones y pregunté el por qué y me dijeron que era por mis antecedentes de Neumotórax (una enfermedad que me operaron hace 6 años) y dije que estaba bien, que me lo hicieran (sin saber el costo porque nunca me dijeron nada), luego me dijeron que tenían que hacerme una tomografía porque según tenía una mancha rara en el pulmón, entonces tenían que verificar y resulta que ese exámen no era necesario hacerlo porque me lo dijo otro doctor que estaba ahí.

Yo no tuve problemas al respecto pues pensé que solo había perdido tiempo, pero resulta que no, al tratar de salir de la clínica me dan el recibo que les compartí arriba en este post y dice que el excedente es de 446$ y yo no entendía absolútamente nada.

Resulta que todos esos exámenes que no necesitaba costaban mucho dinero y nunca me lo dijeron, jamás me dijeron que mi cobertura no respaldaba esas pruebas y ya estaba curado del dolor de cabeza, y me dijeron que no podía salir si no pagaba los 446$, así que tuve que optar por una segunda opción.

Me dijeron que me darían un plazo de 1 mes para pagar esa deuda o no podría seguir utilizando los servicios de Rescarven de nuevo y realmente luego de esta situación no quiero volver a hacerlo porque me parece demasiado falto de ética el hecho de que jueguen así con la salud de las personas y con su dinero.

No fui la única persona que salió afectada de esta situación porque unas señoras también tuvieron el mismo problema de confiarse porque nunca dijeron los costos de nada y terminaron debiendo más de 200$.

About 30 minutes later they told me that they had to do a chest X-Ray to see my lungs and I asked why and they told me it was because of my history of Pneumothorax (a disease I had surgery for 6 years ago) and I said it was ok, they should do it (without knowing the cost because they never told me anything), then they told me they had to do a CAT scan because according to them I had a strange spot in my lung, so they had to check and it turned out that this test was not necessary because another doctor who was there told me.

I had no problems about it because I thought I had just wasted time, but it turns out that no, when I tried to leave the clinic they give me the receipt that I shared above in this post and it says that the excess is $446 and I did not understand anything at all.

Turns out all those tests I didn't need cost a lot of money and they never told me, they never told me that my coverage didn't support those tests and I was already cured of the headache, and they told me I couldn't leave if I didn't pay the $446 so I had to go with a second option.

They told me they would give me 1 month to pay that debt or I could not continue using Rescarven's services again and really after this situation I don't want to do it again because I find it too unethical that they play with people's health and money like that.

I was not the only person who was affected by this situation because some ladies also had the same problem of trusting because they never told the costs of anything and ended up owing more than 200$.

Mi salud no se encuentra comprometida pues pude salir de la mejor manera y me enviaron mi tratamiento así que me siento agradecido, lo único que estoy solicitando en este momento es una ayuda para poder costear esos 446$ en 1 mes porque siento que ni aunque trabaje arduamente para postear durante todo el mes podría hacer esa cantidad de dinero.

Cualquier aporte que puedan darme lo recibiré con demasiado cariño y con mucho agradecimiento y realmente no me gusta tener que acudir a este medio pero no tengo otra alternativa, ustedes saben cómo soy yo con respecto al tema de ganarme las cosas y no pedirlas.

My health is not compromised because I was able to leave in the best way and they sent me my treatment so I feel grateful, the only thing I am asking for at this moment is a help to be able to afford those 446$ in 1 month because I feel that even if I work hard to post during the whole month I could not make that amount of money.

Any help you can give me I will receive it with much love and gratitude and I really don't like to have to resort to this means but I have no other alternative, you know how I am about earning things and not asking for them.
