¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy les traigo un vídeo especial junto a @dimeshana, grabado por mi gran amiga y futura colega @ashleyjaramillo en mi academia @yoysalseros; esto fue después de finalizar nuestra clase del día Sábado, donde vimos una coreografía nueva en el nivel de Intermedio y nos sentimos tan emocionados que tuvimos que grabarla, anexándole la coreografía que aprendimos la semana anterior a esa.

Desde que llegué a mi academia de baile Yoy Salseros, siempre he sido muy entusiasta con todo, he estado en sus 3 ritmos: Bachata, Salsa Casino y Salsa en Línea, además de haber participado en el Club de Baile Deportivo, donde pude obtener un premio en nuestra primera competencia por el tercer lugar.

Lamentablemente no he podido graduarme porque la pandemia nos echó todos los planes hacia atrás y mis promociones se han disuelto con el tiempo, pero en la actualidad, los grupos en los que estoy bailando están muy consolidados, así que es muy probable que terminemos graduándonos en el año 2023.

Since I arrived at my dance academy Yoy Salseros, I have always been very enthusiastic about everything, I have been in its 3 rhythms: Bachata, Salsa Casino and Line Salsa, besides having participated in the Sports Dance Club, where I was able to get a prize in our first competition for third place.

Unfortunately I have not been able to graduate because the pandemic threw all our plans backwards and my promotions have disbanded over time, but at present, the groups I am dancing in are very consolidated, so it is very likely that we will end up graduating in the year 2023.

Con respecto a lo que había hablado en mi post de baile anterior, en esta ocasión ya puedo confirmar que toda mi promoción de Salsa en Línea se disolvió porque la pareja que tenía cuando @dimeshana se fue a dar clases se tuvo que retirar del curso por problemas personales, dejando el curso solo con hombres.

Pero, me hicieron una propuesta magnífica y es el hecho de que voy a comenzar a ver un curso de instructor de Salsa en Línea, mientras vuelvo a ver el curso con una nueva promoción; es decir, voy a estar dando clases hasta el nivel Intermedio III que fue hasta donde llegué y de ahí en adelante estaré viendo clases, además de que empezaré a ver clases complementarias en otra academia para reforzar y llegar preparado para ser auxiliar de instructor en el nivel Avanzado.

De esa manera, tendría que crear 2 coreografías para la promoción y así me graduaría como bailarín en Salsa en Línea y como instructor en el mismo ritmo.

Regarding what I had talked about in my previous dance post, this time I can already confirm that all my Linear Salsa promotion was dissolved because the partner I had when @dimeshana left to teach had to withdraw from the course due to personal problems, leaving the course only with men.

But, they made me a magnificent proposal and it is the fact that I will start to see a course of instructor of Salsa en Linea, while I see the course again with a new promotion; that is to say, I will be giving classes until the Intermediate III level that was until where I arrived and from there on I will be seeing classes, besides that I will start to see complementary classes in another academy to reinforce and to arrive prepared to be auxiliary of instructor in the Advanced level.

That way, I would have to create 2 choreographies for the promotion and that way I would graduate as a dancer in Linear Salsa and as an instructor in the same rhythm.

No les voy a mentir, cuando me dieron la noticia, sentí mucho miedo, porque aunque sí quisiera ser un gran instructor de baile, no me imaginaba siéndolo de Salsa en Línea, me veía más como instructor de Bachata o de Salsa Casino, porque la Salsa en Línea es un ritmo bastante difícil, sin embargo, nunca he dicho que no a un buen reto.

Más allá de salir de mi zona de confort, haría que me acerque a un gran sueño que tengo, que sería el llegar a bailar como un gran bailarín e instructor de salsa que sigo que se llama Fernando Sosa, es una gran inspiración y si quieren ver de lo que es capaz, vean el siguiente vídeo:

I'm not going to lie, when I was given the news, I felt very scared, because although I would like to be a great dance instructor, I did not imagine myself as a Linear Salsa instructor, I saw myself more as a Bachata or Salsa Casino instructor, because Linear Salsa is a very difficult rhythm, however, I have never said no to a good challenge.

Beyond getting out of my comfort zone, it would make me get closer to a big dream I have, which would be to get to dance like a great dancer and salsa instructor that I follow who is called Fernando Sosa, he is a great inspiration and if you want to see what he is capable of, watch the following video:
