INGREDIENTS
500g Pork Shoulder Butt
500g Hokkien Mee/Miki Noodles
1 plastic of Fish Ball
1/2 Bok choy
1 stalk of spring onions
1 head garlic
1 whole onion
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
3-4 tbsp of cooking oil
3-4 eggs
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 pork cube
1 tbsp pepper
3 calamansi
COOKING METHOD
Part ONE : Preparing the Meat & Vegetables
Part TWO : Making the Broth
Part THREE : Thickening & Serving the LOMI
