Today I am breaking down some basic yoga postures like forward fold/Uttanasana, downward facing dog/Adho Mukha Shvanasana , plank pose/Phalakasana, Warrior 1/ Virabhadrasana I and Warrior 2 / Virabhadrasana II.
Blissasana is a mood-boosting, flowing remixed + rhythmic yoga-dance style that uses gentle but challenging body-weight yoga movements to build strength, de-stress, reclaim your power + invite you to connect to your inner BLISS!
I will also introduce some of the flowing and moving aspects that you'll see in a typical Blissasana style yoga class.
Expect instruction throughout to get a slowed down and more detailed overview of some common yoga poses to prep you for the rest of the videos on our channel.
