HIVE OPEN MIC WEEK 150 || I STAND IN AWE OF YOU COVER

Hello there, this is my entry for hive open mic week 150 and today I chose to present the cover of a song by an acapella group called praise and harmony titled YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL BEYOND DESCRIPTION. This song is not their original song though but I got to know of the song through them and I was inspired to present this song when I heard it again at our house fellowship some days back. Singing it with a lot of people made it resonate really well with me and when I got home, I remembered the theme for this week and I decided to present it as my entry.

I do feel the song is in line with the theme which says OUR VIRTUE. The song talks about the virtue of God which is LOVE and how he is beautiful beyond what we describe him to be. Love is one virtue that has all the other virtues in it and that is because God is love!!! And most of us, especially those that believes in him strive every day to grow this virtue in us. God is beyond what we can even think but we know he is love and he has provided all that we could ever need even when we don't merit them.

You know, sometimes I do not blame those scientists that doubt the power and origin of God because God is not someone that you can not comprehend just by the things you see, it goes beyond that and so is his love for his creation. The love that our God has shown to us is what most people can't fathom and that's why some still chose not to believe him and comfortably chose to say we are humans forgetting that we were made in his image and likeness. Love for me is not totally an emotion but more of an action we have to show and God is our perfect role model for that virtue.

According to the CBS version of the holy Bible, in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, it told us what love is and what it's not, which are;

Love is patient, love is kind. Love does not envy, is not boastful, is not arrogant, ⁵ is not rude, is not self-seeking, is not irritable, and does not keep a record of wrongs. ⁶ Love finds no joy in unrighteousness but rejoices in the truth. ⁷ It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

From all of the things mentioned above, it's obvious that most people don't really show love but then, this post serve as a reminder to us what love truly is and I hope we keep aspiring to get this virtue because it will go a long way in making the world a better place which is what most of us seek after.

Hola, esta es mi entrada para la semana 150 de micrófono abierto de Hive y hoy elegí presentar la versión de una canción de un grupo acapella llamada Alabanza y Armonía titulada ERES HERMOSA MÁS ALLÁ DE LA DESCRIPCIÓN. Sin embargo, esta canción no es su canción original, pero conocí la canción a través de ellos y me inspiré para presentar esta canción cuando la escuché nuevamente en nuestra casa de confraternidad hace algunos días. Cantarlo con mucha gente hizo que resonara muy bien conmigo y cuando llegué a casa, recordé el tema de esta semana y decidí presentarlo como mi entrada.

Siento que la canción está en línea con el tema que dice NUESTRA VIRTUD. La canción habla de la virtud de Dios que es AMOR y cómo es hermoso más allá de lo que describimos que es. ¡El amor es una virtud que tiene todas las demás virtudes y eso es porque Dios es amor! Y la mayoría de nosotros, especialmente aquellos que creen en él, se esfuerzan todos los días para hacer crecer esta virtud en nosotros. Dios está más allá de lo que podemos pensar, pero sabemos que es amor y ha provisto todo lo que podríamos necesitar, incluso cuando no lo merecemos.

Sabes, a veces no culpo a esos científicos que dudan del poder y el origen de Dios porque Dios no es alguien a quien no puedes comprender solo por las cosas que ves, va más allá y también lo es su amor por su creación. El amor que nuestro Dios nos ha mostrado es lo que la mayoría de la gente no puede comprender y es por eso que algunos todavía optaron por no creerle y cómodamente optaron por decir que somos humanos olvidando que fuimos hechos a su imagen y semejanza. El amor para mí no es totalmente una emoción sino más bien una acción que tenemos que mostrar y Dios es nuestro modelo a seguir perfecto para esa virtud.

Según la versión CBS de la santa Biblia, en 1 Corintios 13:4-8, nos dice qué es amor y qué no es, cuáles son;

El amor es paciente, el amor es amable. El amor no tiene envidia, no es jactancioso, no es arrogante, ⁵ no es grosero, no es egoísta, no es irritable y no lleva un registro de los errores. ⁶ El amor no se alegra en la injusticia sino que se goza en la verdad. ⁷ Todo lo soporta, todo lo cree, todo lo espera, todo lo soporta.

De todas las cosas mencionadas anteriormente, es obvio que la mayoría de las personas realmente no muestran amor, pero esta publicación nos sirve como un recordatorio de lo que realmente es el amor y espero que sigamos aspirando a obtener esta virtud porque durará mucho. forma de hacer del mundo un lugar mejor, que es lo que la mayoría de nosotros buscamos.
