HIVE OPEN MIC WEEK 140 || MY HOPE IS BUILT ON NOTHING ELSE COVER

Hello my beautiful people of Hive open mic community 👋🎤, it's so good to be here again with my entry for the week. My weekend has been really busy and stressful for me and I wasn't sure about participating anymore but then I already recorded my song and I just had to try my best to edit and share it with you all.

This week, the theme is "The sea". As always, I was not really sure of what to present for the theme because the first song that came to my mind was the song I sang some few weeks back HOW FAR I'LL GO, but I had to think of something else. Well, for me I interpreted the theme The Sea as anywhere we can go to find peace, comfort and more.

In the past few days I've been so occupied with what is available for me to do and at the start I had this thought that I will be able to get it done with my strength alone but then I'm breaking down by the day and this has reminded me that it's not by my power or my strength and now I'm running to the sea to find that peace, strength and joy that I need to keep my head above the storms of life.

God has been my fortress and my stronghold, he has been my solace, the place I run to for help when I feel so tired of going further and he has never forsaken me, not even for once. The privilege that I have to call on the father through his son Jesus Christ has made all my storms disappear just as they came. Hola mi hermosa gente de la comunidad de micrófono abierto de Hive 👋🎤, es tan bueno estar aquí de nuevo con mi entrada para la semana. Mi fin de semana ha sido muy ocupado y estresante para mí y no estaba seguro de seguir participando, pero luego ya grabé mi canción y solo tenía que hacer mi mejor esfuerzo para editarla y compartirla con todos ustedes.

Esta semana, el tema es "El mar". Como siempre, no estaba muy seguro de qué presentar para el tema porque la primera canción que me vino a la mente fue la canción que canté hace unas semanas CUÁN LEJOS IRÉ, pero tenía que pensar en otra cosa. Bueno, para mí interpreté el tema El Mar como cualquier lugar al que podemos ir para encontrar paz, comodidad y más.

En los últimos días he estado tan ocupado con lo que tengo disponible para hacer y al principio pensé que podría hacerlo solo con mi fuerza, pero luego me estoy derrumbando día a día. y esto me ha recordado que no es por mi poder o mi fuerza y ahora estoy corriendo hacia el mar para encontrar esa paz, fuerza y alegría que necesito para mantener mi cabeza por encima de las tormentas de la vida.

Dios ha sido mi fortaleza y mi baluarte, ha sido mi consuelo, el lugar al que acudo en busca de ayuda cuando me siento tan cansada de ir más lejos y nunca me ha abandonado, ni siquiera una vez. El privilegio que tengo de invocar al padre a través de su hijo Jesucristo ha hecho que todas mis tormentas desaparezcan tal como vinieron. Y debido a este pensamiento que tengo relacionado con el tema, he elegido hacer un himno que también fue cantado por Hillsongs titulado MI ESPERANZA SE CONSTRUYE EN NADA MÁS (PIEDRA ANGULAR) y pueden encontrar el letras 👉 Cornerstone azlyrics.
