Hello everyone, I'm so happy to welcome you to my entry for the Afri-tunes weekly music contest. It has been a really busy week for me but then I just have to still make an entry for this week because that's what I've promised myself except something beyond my control and I hope such things don't come. Well, since I've been occupied I did not have the time to learn a new song so I decided to do one of the suggested songs.

So for my entry, I sang the song by Frank Edward titled OGHENE DOH which means Thank you lord and I really do hope you enjoy my acapella cover. The song is a song that can be sang by a grateful heart unto God. It's an urhobo song by the way, I'm very sure so many of you might not have heard of it before but I'm honored to bring it to your knowledge, hehehe.
It's a Nigerian song and it is very know here in Nigeria because it was sang by one of the popular gospel artist, Frank Edward. He Sang the song so well and he was able to make even those that are not urhobo know how to say well done or thank you and I'm very sure you might have also learned it too.
Whenever I pray Lord You hear me
I’m not alone, this I know
What can I bring to you Lord
But this song of praise
Oghene doh
Doh doh doh
Oghene doh …Yeah
Oghene doh
Doh doh doh
Oghene doh ….Yeah
Kiri doh doh doh, Kiri doh
For the life you gave me yeah
You brought me close to you
Kiri doh doh doh
Kiri doh
And You call me your own
What more can I say
So without taking much of your time, I hope you enjoy your watch and please don't forget to subscribe to the Afri-tunes community if you are yet to do that. It's a community that welcome all African music and that means everyone is welcomed here. So until next time stay safe and happy 🤗.
