[ESP-ENG] Vivaldi Disruptivo - Parte 2

Hoy les traigo la continuación de mi post anterior sobre (Vivaldi Disruptivo). En esta oportunidad les contaré de que trató este proyecto y aprovecharé para dejarles algunas visuales de lo que fue está increíble experiencia.

Today I bring you the continuation of my previous post about (Disruptive Vivaldi). This time I will tell you what this project was about and I will take the opportunity to leave you some visuals of what this incredible experience was.

Esta experiencia vivida (el vídeoclip) formará parte de la obra viviente de Joaquín Salim, "Déficit de Atención"

This lived experience (the video clip) will be part of Joaquín Salim's living work, "Attention Deficit"

Joaquín es un director creativo/de arte venezolano radicado en la ciudad de Nueva York.

Después de obtener una licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Joaquín recibió múltiples becas para completar una Maestría en Bellas Artes en SCAD, convirtiéndose en el estudiante de publicidad más premiado de la escuela. Desde entonces, ha creado un trabajo influyente que ha sido reconocido en Cannes Lions, One Show, The Webbys y muchos más. A lo largo de su carrera, ha tenido el honor de contar con algunos de los mejores cineastas y fotógrafos del mundo para dar vida a sus ideas, como Darren Aronofsky y Martin Schoeller.

Además de publicidad, Joaquín es el director creativo de la banda de música más grande de Venezuela, para quien ha diseñado tres portadas de discos, dirigido videos musicales y creado gráficos que la gente se ha tatuado.

Joaquín también fundó un colectivo de arte independiente dedicado a promover diversas formas de arte al mismo tiempo que brinda una plataforma para que artistas, como él, exhiban su trabajo en varios lugares inesperados de la ciudad de Nueva York.

Joaquin is a Venezuelan creative/art director based in New York City.
After earning a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Joaquin received multiple scholarships to complete a Masters in Fine Arts at SCAD, becoming the most awarded advertising student of the school. Since then, he has created influential work that has been recognized at Cannes Lions, One Show, The Webbys and many more. Throughout his career, he has had the honor of having some of the world's best filmmakers and photographers bring his ideas to life like Darren Aronofsky and Martin Schoeller.
Besides advertising, Joaquin is the creative director of Venezuela’s current biggest music band, for who he has designed three album covers, directed music videos and created graphics that people have gotten tattooed.
Joaquin also founded an independent art collective dedicated to promote diverse forms of art while providing a platform for artists, like himself, to exhibit their work in several unexpected locations around New York City.

Según lo que nos comentó el director, la integración de varios roles de la sociedad en la obra de Salim, quiere y tiene la intención de mostrarnos como entes disruptivos de la sociedad, dónde cada rol tiene un papel importante. Es por ello que no fuimos los únicos participantes de esta obra viviente.

According to what the director told us, the integration of various roles of society in Salim's work, wants and intends to show us as disruptive entities of society, where each role has an important role. That is why we were not the only participants in this living work.

Esta dinámica estuvo dividida en dos partes: Grabación de audio y vídeo

This dynamic was divided into two parts: Audio and video recording

Audio

Este paso siempre se realizará antes de la grabación del vídeo. Algunas personas desconocen que, en la mayoría de los vídeoclips (por no decir en todos) siempre se hace playback.

Cómo dice el título del post, el tema grabado fue la primavera de Antonio Vivaldi, con una variación para hacerlo más "contemporáneo"

This step will always be done before recording the video. Some people are unaware that, in most video clips (if not all) there is always playback.

As the title of the post says, the recorded theme was Antonio Vivaldi's spring, with a variation to make it more "contemporary"

De la grabación del audio se encargó Diego Brett y su equipo. En las instalaciones de la orquesta Sinfónica Ayacucho, mi familia.

Diego Brett and his team were in charge of recording the audio. In the facilities of the Ayacucho Symphony Orchestra, my family.

Vídeo

La grabación del vídeo se realizó en las instalaciones del centro cultural "Los Galpones"

The recording of the video was made in the facilities of the cultural center "Los Galpones"

Fueron más de 6 horas de grabación, dividida en tres partes, tal cual un libro: inicio, desarrollo, clímax y final.

There were more than 6 hours of recording, divided into three parts, just like a book: beginning, development, climax and end.

Afortunadamente, todo el proceso fue ameno. Obviamente, tantas de horas de grabación, dónde se deben repetir las tomas muchas veces, por cualquier detalle, todo en pro a busca la perfección, hará que todo se torne pesado pero, supimos sobrellevar y salir victoriosos.

Fortunately, the whole process was enjoyable. Obviously, so many hours of recording, where shots must be repeated many times, for any detail, everything in search of perfection, will make everything become heavy but, we knew how to cope and emerge victorious.

Solo nos queda esperar el resultado final, que según la información dada por los encargados los productores, nosotros, los músicos, tendremos acceso al material una vez esté listo.

We can only wait for the final result, which according to the information given by those in charge of the producers, we, the musicians, will have access to the material once it is ready.
