Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I bring you a front lever training that I have done at home, which had about 2 years that I did not train because I had no equipment according to what I currently train, in this case front lever. Since it is the only thing I can train comfortably because I have a sternum injury which prevents me from training other elements currently, so I want to show you how I train at home and what exercises I use since I am in the process of getting touch and pull ups of front lever, which maybe someone here is interested in knowing how I'm doing it. In the previous post I had talked about how I felt bad that day, but already in this workout I felt much better so I was able to train with more strength and motivation 💪🏼.
En esta rutina estaré realizando combinaciones entre pull ups y touch, además que otros ejercicios como press o front lever con peso, ya que cuando te encuentras en un nivel un poco avanzado dónde tengas resistencia en front, te recomiendo empezar a meter combinaciones y también lastrarte los ejercicios isométricos acordé a tu nivel para un mayor progreso y ganancia de fuerza 💪🏼.
In this routine I will be performing combinations between pull ups and touch, as well as other exercises such as press or front lever with weight, because when you are at an advanced level where you have resistance in front, I recommend you to start putting combinations and also weighted isometric exercises according to your level for greater progress and strength gain 💪🏼.
Bueno compañeros, está fue toda la rutina que les comparto el día hoy, espero que les guste y puedan motivarse a seguir subiendo el nivel como tambien probar meter combinaciones de este estilo, aunque apenas estoy empezando a hacerlo y a adquirir nivel, todavía me falta muchísimo para tener un nivel decente en front lever. En el futuro también estaré mostrando como evoluciono y mejoro totalmente este elemento hasta volverlo mi punto más fuerte como también ganar competencias con solo este elemento, la cual es mi mayor meta.👋🏽
Well fellows, this was all the routine that I share with you today, I hope you like it and can motivate you to continue raising the level as well as try to put combinations of this style, although I'm just starting to do it and to acquire level, I still have a long way to go to have a decent level in front lever.
