Good morning fellow hive and SWC, This time I bring you something different, what would be a bad day in my training, specifically front lever. I call this a bad day, because it's one of those moments when you feel tired or sick, or you don't feel like anything, you have no strength and you get tired quickly, but you still do your best to train. We all have these days where we do not get a trick or a heavy lift and we get even more discouraged, but this does not mean that we do not go ahead with the training because training at times like this is where you will see progress and improvement by the constancy of continuing to strive even if you're not in your best days you do your best to give your best. Although I don't usually show this, because people always think that you are at 100% which is not true, and you don't usually show these parts where you don't do anything, and that's why I wanted to show you what it would be a day in my training where I am without energy at all, even so, I want to motivate you to keep giving your best even if you don't feel well 💪🏼.
En este entreno solo hice combinaciones entre front lever y back lever, también probé otras cosas aunque no me sentía fuerte, igual hay que seguir intentando, yo recomiendo realizar algún tipo de actividad física si no nos sentimos bien, para mantener nuestro cuerpo ente activos, en mi caso, pruebo cosas de esta manera, ya que no me lleva mucho tiempo y no requiere un gran esfuerzo físico. No hice ninguna rutina tampoco, como dije, solo hice un descanso activo, si se le puede llamar así 💪🏼.
In this workout I only did combinations between front lever and back lever, I also tried other things although I did not feel strong, you still have to keep trying, I recommend doing some kind of physical activity if we do not feel well, to keep our body active, in my case, I try things this way, since it does not take me much time and does not require a great physical effort. I didn't do any routine either, as I said, I just did an active rest, if you can call it that 💪🏼.
Bueno compañeros, está fue todo lo que les quise compartir el día de hoy, aunque es algo corto, siempre es bueno saber que no eres el único que no está al 100%, también le sucede a otros como a mi, e incluso a profesionales, pero aún así seguimos dando lo que tenemos y no paramos para seguir mejorando y obtener resultados, lo importante es seguir perseverando y mantenerse constante en lo que estás haciendo.
