    🔴Circuito de Fuerza para hacer en Casa 💪🏽

    QUÉ TRABAJA
    ✔️ TODO EL CUERPO.

    MÉTODO DE ENTRENAMIENTO 📕
    ✅ El objetivo es hacer la mayor cantidad de vueltas que se pueda en el tiempo estimado.
    🍀 PRINCIPIANTES: 8-10'.
    👾 INTERMEDIOS: 12'.
    🌶️PICANTES: 15' o más.

    👉🏽Opcional: Sumar +1 Rep de cada ejercicio en cada vuelta.
    👉No tenés mancuernas? Podés usar 2 Botellas llenas de Agua o Arena o una Mochila con libros del mismo tamaño

    ✅Cada uno marca su ritmo dependiendo de su estado físico, la idea es que cada uno maneje las pausas y cada día mejorar la cantidad de vueltas en su tiempo.

    ✏️ Anotar los ejercicios y hacerlos en ese orden para evitar cansancio de un grupo muscular.

    ES MÁS IMPORTANTE HACER BIEN LOS EJERCICIOS, CONTROLANDO LOS MOVIMIENTOS Y NO RÁPIDO Y ASÍ NOMÁS PARA EVITAR LESIONES.
    SIEMPRE ES MÁS IMPORTANTE LA CALIDAD QUE LA CANTIDAD !

    TRAINING METHOD 📕
    ✅ The goal is to do as many laps as possible in the estimated time.
    🍀 BEGINNERS: 8-10'.
    👾 INTERMEDIATE: 12 '.
    🌶️ SPICY: 15 ' or more.

    👉🏽Optional: Add +1 Rep of each exercise in each lap.
    👉* Don't you have dumbbells? You can use 2 Bottles filled with Water or Sand or a Backpack with books of the same size*
