    ESPAÑOL

Buenas a tod@s!

    • 20 Abdominales Oblicuos
    • 15 Elevaciones de Cadera
    • 6 Flexiones de Brazos + Toco Hombros
    • 10 Abdominales Inferiores + Cruzo piernas
    • 15 Sentadillas con Salto
    • 20 Planchas Bajas + Rodilla Cruzada

    ENGLISH

Hello everyone! My name is Hernán, I am a Physical Education Teacher and a Physical Trainer for Soccer. This time I bring you some exercises to work on the strength and technique of the exercises.

It is important that you pay attention to the instructions shown in the video to be able to do it with good technique and avoid injuries.

    🔴METHODOLOGY🔴

We are going to perform 6 exercises in a certain order and counting the repetitions of each one. At the end of 1 lap, we will start again with the 1st exercise, and repeat until the 20 minutes of work are completed.

It is important that each one goes at the pace that they want and can, managing the breaks between exercises with their physical capacity, that is why you always have to try to give your best and improve the number of laps every day.

    🏋🏽‍♂️EXERCISES🏋🏽‍♂️

You'll grab a sheet of paper and a pencil to write down the exercises below and not have to pause and resume the video every time.

    • 20 Oblique Crunches
    • 15 Hip Lifts
    • 6 Push-Ups + Touch Shoulders
    • 10 Lower Sit-ups + Cross Legs
    • 15 Jump Squats
    • 20 Low Planks + Cross Knee

It is important to do it in that order because if you pay attention, it alternates an exercise of:

    1. Sit-ups
    2. Legs
    3. Arms

And it repeats itself, so we let that muscle group, until we work it again, rest as needed so as not to be tired. These are details to take into account when planning training, which make us give the maximum of our abilities and improve more every day!

    🔜PRE AND POST TRAINING🔚

Warming up before a workout is just as important as the workout itself. Why? In this post that I did a few weeks ago I explain it to you and there are also several exercises to warm up.

ALWAYS WARM UP TO AVOID INJURIES.

The elongation and stretching, or the famous "Return to calm" is also important to tell the body that we are no longer going to punish it 🤣, so lowering the heart rate and stretching the worked muscles are key.
Soon I will make a video stretching the muscles of the body and being able to walk the next day without excessive pain 😁

ALWAYS STRETCH SO YOU CAN TRAIN AGAIN THE NEXT DAY.

I invite you to leave me in the comments if you have any questions or if you did the Strength circuit 💪. It would be an honor for you to write to me to clear up doubts or give feedback on your training!
Thank you very much for reading 😘
