    QUÉ TRABAJA❓
    ✔️ ZONA MEDIA o CORE (ABDOMINALES, LUMBARES, ESTABILIZADORES DE COLUMNA).

    MÉTODO DE ENTRENAMIENTO 📕
    ✅ 25" de trabajo x 15" de pausa.

    🍀 PRINCIPIANTES: 3 VUELTAS. | 20" x 20"
    👾 INTERMEDIOS: 4 VUELTAS + Pausas
    🌶️PICANTES: 6/7 VUELTAS | 20"x10"

    ✅Realizar BIEN la técnica de los ejercicios, no es necesario hacer MUCHAS repeticiones cuando trabajamos CORE.

    ✏️ Anotar los ejercicios y hacerlos en ese orden.

    ✅Entre cada Round se puede hacer 1´ de pausa, aprovechar para hidratarse y descansar (Si estás entrenad@, podés hacer todo seguido).

    ✅ ES MÁS IMPORTANTE HACER BIEN LOS EJERCICIOS, CONTROLANDO LOS MOVIMIENTOS Y NO RÁPIDO Y ASÍ NOMÁS PARA EVITAR LESIONES.
    SIEMPRE ES MÁS IMPORTANTE LA CALIDAD QUE LA CANTIDAD !

    Depende de cada un@, podés meter pausas entre cada vuelta, o hacer todo seguido, de vos depende!

    ✔️ MIDDLE AREA or CORE (ABDOMINALS, LUMBARS, COLUMN STABILIZERS).

    TRAINING METHOD 📕
    ✅ 25" work x 15" pause.

    🍀 BEGINNERS: 3 ROUNDS. | 20" x 20"
    👾 INTERMEDIATES: 4 ROUNDS + Pauses
    🌶️SPICY: 6/7 LAPS | 20"x10"

    ✅ Perform the exercise technique WELL, it is not necessary to do MANY repetitions when we work CORE.

    ✏️ Write down the exercises and do them in that order.

    ✅Between each Round you can pause for 1´, take the opportunity to hydrate and rest (If you are trained, you can do everything in a row).

    ✅ IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO DO THE EXERCISES WELL, CONTROLLING MOVEMENTS AND NOT FAST AND JUST LIKE THIS TO AVOID INJURIES.
    QUALITY IS ALWAYS MORE IMPORTANT THAN QUANTITY!
