    Hola que tal amigos de @HIVE y familia Street Workout Community Hoy les traigo una rutina de nivel Avanzado para conseguir esos movimientos que tanto deseas, este entreno esta enfocado a ganar Resistencia y Fuerza. Espero que puedan superarse a si mismos logrando esto y mucho mas.
    Hello, how are you @HIVE friends and family Street Workout Community Today I bring you an Advanced level routine to get those movements that you love so much. you want, this training is focused on gaining Resistance and Strength. I hope they can surpass themselves by achieving this and much more.


    RUTINA
    1.-3 dominadas + Front Lever Touch (2 SERIES).
    2.- 2 Flexion de Full plancha (2 SERIES).
    3.- Toque + 2 Pull Ups (SERIE 2).
    4.- 1 Flexión de Full Planche + 3 seg (2 SERIES).
    5.- Palanca delantera Un brazo máximo segundos (2 SERIES)
    6.- Pike Plancha a Plancha Completa + Full Planche Lean (SERIE 2).
    7.- Front Lever máximos segundos (1 Serie).
    8.- Pike Plancha a Plancha Completa + Plancha Straddle (SERIE 1).
    ROUTINE
    1.-3 pull-ups + Front Lever Touch (2 SERIES).
    2.-2 Full Plank Flexion (2 SERIES).
    3.-Touch + 2 Pull Ups (2 SERIES).
    4.-1 Full Plank Flexion + 3 sec (2 SERIES).
    5.- Front lever One arm maximum seconds (2 SERIES)
    6.- Pike Plank to Full Plank + Full Planche Lean (SERIES 2).
    7.-Front Lever maximum seconds (1 Series)..
    8.- Pike Plank to Full Plank + Straddle Plank (SERIES 1).

    El descanso a realizar es de 2 a 3 minutos por ejercicio, intenta hacerlo de la mejor manera para que obtengas los mejores resultados, recuerda la ejecución es lo mas importante para ganar la mejor activación muscular, Si no puedes realizar estos ejercicios de nivel avanzado te invito a realizarlos en progresiones mas bajas y así sacarles el mayor provecho a este entrenamiento.
