"Todo a pulmón" es una maravillosa canción que fue compuesta por el compositor argentino Alejandro Lerner el año 1983 y editada en su segundo disco con el mismo nombre. No se imaginaba el joven Lerner hasta dónde llegaría su hoy muy famosa canción, la cual fue popularizada por el español Miguel Ríos el año 1984.

"Everything "by lung" is a wonderful song that was composed by the Argentine composer Alejandro Lerner in 1983 and released on his second album of the same name. The young Lerner did not imagine how far his now very famous song would go, which was popularized by the Spanish Miguel Ríos in 1984.
