    Primero comienzo pesado para tener una mejor hipertrofia, tambien porque estoy tratando de subir el peso en las prees de banca y es un ejercicio que en lo personal me da una muy buen activacion en el pecho.
    First I start heavy to have a better hypertrophy, also because I am trying to increase the weight in the bench presses and it is an exercise that personally gives me a very good activation in the chest.

    En este ejercicio poco a poco estoy tratando de aldelantar para involucrar una mayor tension en el pecho y los hombros, es un ejercicio que me esta gustando mucho y a mi si me ayuda tambien a sentir que el pecho trabaja realmente.

    En este ejercicio trabajamos mucho grupos musculares y metemos un poco de tension tambien al biceps, al igual que por el agarre lo hace un poco mas complicado.
