Hola a todos amigos de
Street Workout Community espero esten muy bien el dia de hoy vamos a entrenar la espalda y un poco de biceps pero mas a la espalda, esta vez haremos un poquito mas de ejercicio y no tendremos casi descanso es decir, por lo elemental suelo descansar 1.45 a 2 minutos pero esta vez solo tendremos maximo 35 a 40 segundos de descanso entre serie y ejercicio, buscamos poder rendir aun estanto cansados, este tipo de entrenamiento solo lo hago dos veces por semana y me concentro en tomar mucha agua al igual que nutrirme bien.
