Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community hace dias me he dado cuenta que tengo una descompenzacion de fuerza y masa en el triceps asi que hoy me dedique a entrenarlo en casa ya que no entrenaraer por la tarde, enfoque la rutian en estimular lo suficiente al musculo con cosas simples que puedes hacer en tu casa.
