Hello to all friends of Full Deportes The competition is just around the corner so I decided to train these last few days and I wanted you to see and get to know a little bit about me, as well as see how I do my training before the competition.
Tambien antes de comenzar a hacer los siguientes ejercicios hice un poco de free para calentar un poco mas el cuerpo, probar que aun estando cansado pueda lanzar algunos trucos y intentar cosas nuevas, no grabe todo pero si les muestro algunas partes.
Also before starting to do the following exercises I did a little free to warm up a little more the body, try that even being tired I can throw some tricks and try new things, I did not record everything but I show you some parts.

Estas flexiones la hago mayormente para fortaleces mis hombros, espalda, lumbar entre otros grupos musculares que me ayudan mucho para la plancha que son mi mayor fuerte. | I do these push-ups mainly to strengthen my shoulders, back, lumbar and other muscle groups that help me a lot for the plancha, which is my strongest point. |

Las press son para fortaleces mi pecho ya que ahora estoy practicando las flexiones profundas en planchas, el back level hefesto entre otras cosas y estoy tratando de agarrar mas fuerza en esta zona. | The presses are to strengthen my chest as I am now practicing deep push-ups, back level hefts among other things and I am trying to get more strength in this area. |

Aqui ya basicamente estoy simulando la plancha y estoy haciendo repeticiones para ganar mas fuerza y tambien para cansar las articulaciones un poco para ganar resistencia. | Here I'm basically simulating the plank and I'm doing repetitions to gain more strength and also to tire the joints a little to gain endurance. |
