Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community El dia de hoy vamos a entrenar plancha pero con unos ejercicios que hago siempre que la entreno en casa cuando hago basico de estatico, son ejercicios que para mi son demandante y si los hacen recomiendo tener luego un buen descanso y estiramiento para no tener una sobrecarga o lesionarse.
