For the third exercise we will do triceps extensions, in this exercise we will focus on that our wrist does not rotate down (ie it has to stay in the same place) we will seek to go down to pass the head under the bar or our forehead reaches the bar, we will not use lumbar strength to help us up as we seek to work 100% our triceps.
Para el cuarto ejercicio, haremos flexiones a la altura del hombro combinado con flexiones en diamante, haremos 8 o 10 repeticiones, si quieren enfocar el trabajo en el pecho pueden buscar empujar hacia adentro a la hora de subir.
For the fourth exercise, we will do shoulder push-ups combined with diamond push-ups, we will do 8 to 10 repetitions, if you want to focus the work on the chest you can look to push inwards on the way up.

Para el ultimo ejercicio haremos extensiones de triceps en banquito, busquen poner la mano hacia atras para evitar posibles lesiones, asi no cae todo el peso en la articulaciones y buscaremos hacer 5 repeticiones aguantar 5 segundos y eso lo haremos 3 veces por 3 series.
For the last exercise we will do triceps extensions on a bench, try to put your hand backwards to avoid possible injuries, so the weight does not fall on the joints and we will try to do 5 repetitions, hold for 5 seconds and we will do it 3 times for 3 series.
