Street Workout Community Today we trained a little bit of chest, we used one barbell exercise and the rest with body weight so as not to lose the weight habit as I am losing strength in that area, today I tried to focus all the training on the chest although indirectly we also worked the shoulder and triceps.
Hoy no dare tips, ni ninguna ayuda ya que los ejercicios son fáciles sin embargo quería que supieran que he estado mejorando progresivamente, ya he aprendido un poco mas como seguir avanzando aun teniendo una lesión ya que antes al lesionarme retrocedía mucho, últimamente estamos enfocados en aumentar en pierna al igual que seguir aumentando en la parte superior, ya perdimos definición pero estamos con un cuerpo que pronto sera mas atletico
Today I will not give any tips, or any help as the exercises are easy but I wanted you to know that I have been improving progressively, I have learned a little more how to keep moving forward even with an injury as before when I was injured I was going backwards a lot, lately we are focused on increasing the leg and also keep increasing the upper body, we have lost definition but we are with a body that will soon be more athletic.
