    Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community Hoy me toca trabajar lo que es la plancha, el empuje, fuerza y el reforzamiento de la articulacion, les queria mostrar un poco de lo que hago para eso.

    Full plancha con repeticiones con liga
    Full plank with repetitions with garter

    Tuck con repeticiones profundas + paralelas

    Intentos de maltes

    Full plancha con repeticiones con liga
    Full plank with repetitions with garter
    Para realizar este ejercicio nos vamos a poner la liga en la cintura, luego marcar la full planche para luego aguantar 3 segundos, al pasar los 3 segundos haremos las maximas repeticiones que podamos en la flexion para luego aguantar en la posicion de full
    To perform this exercise we are going to put the garter at the waist, then mark the full planche and then hold for 3 seconds, after 3 seconds we will do the maximum repetitions that we can in the flexion and then hold in the position of full.

    Press de plancha

    En este ejercicio pasaremos a hacer la full con la liga en la cintura y subiremos las press que podamos, hasta que nos toque pasar a tuck donde subiremos aun en tuck para bajar el rango de la dificultad y darte un poco mas de estimulo al musculo y articulación
    In this exercise we will move on to full tuck with the garter at the waist and go up as many presses as we can, until we move to tuck where we will still go up in tuck to lower the range of difficulty and give you a little more stimulation to the muscle and joint.

    Tuck con repeticiones profundas + paralelas
    Tuck with deep repetitions + parallel
    En este ejercicio levantaremos el tuck de plancha y haremos una flexion profunda, hasta bajar un poco mas de la barra, luego de eso subir y al terminar todas las repeticiones haremos repeticiones de paralelas.
    In this exercise we will lift the plank tuck and we will do a deep flexion, until we go down a little more from the bar, after that we will go up and when we finish all the repetitions we will do parallel repetitions.

    Levantamientos a full + parelas
    Reach the bar at shoulder height.
    Para hacer los levantamientos en full tenemos que aguantar un poco la full luego de subirla para luego dejarla caer apretando un poco, de esta manera conseguiremos mas control de dicho movimiento, despues de eso sin descansar pasaremos a hacer las repeticiones en pararela, todo esto lo puede hacer con las repeticiones que ustedes quieran
    To do the lifts in full we have to hold a little full after raising it and then let it fall by squeezing a little, in this way we will get more control of the movement, after that without resting we will do the repetitions in pararela, all this can be done with the repetitions that you want.

    Este ejercicio es tan facil como que con la liga nos en la cintura haremos solo adelantamiento de maximo segundo en maltes, haremos los intentos que sintamos suficiente
