    Hola a todos amigos de Full Deportes Ojala esten muy bien el dia de hoy quería traerles una series de estiramientos y la zona especifica que estiramos, obviamente tambien indirectamente se estiran otras partes pero quería señalar solo las especificas, ojala les guste y sea de su agrado.

    Zona estirada: esternocleidomastoideo
    Stretched area: sternocleidomastoid
    Para esta postura que es la mas sencilla colocaremos nuestras manos en la cadera y buscaremos mirar hacia arriba sacando el pecho.
    For this posture, which is the simplest, we will place our hands on our hips and we will look upwards, sticking out our chest.

    Zona estirada: esternocleidomastoideo y trapecio.

    Para este estiramiento vamos a agarrar con nuestra mano la parte superior de la cabeza y la ayudaremos a moverse un poco de lado hacia nuestro hombro.
    For this stretch we will grab the top of the head with our hand and help it move slightly sideways towards our shoulder.

    Zona estirada: trapecio y esternocleidomastoideo
    Stretched area: trapezius and sternocleidomastoid
    Aqui colocaremos nuestras manos por detras de nuestra espalda y sin hacer mucha fuerza tomaremos una de nuestras manos para halar en direccion contraria a ella mientras nuestro cuello lo moveremos en direccion contraria a nuestra mano pero hacia nuestro hombro.
    Here we will place our hands behind our back and without much force we will take one of our hands to pull in the opposite direction to it while we will move our neck in the opposite direction to our hand but towards our shoulder.

    Zona estirada: pectoral mayor
    Stretched area: pectoralis major
    Este es uno de los estiramientos mas comunes y es tan facil como colocarnos de espalda a algun soporte donde podamos colocar nuestra mano y al colocar nuestra mano simplemente colocarnos en una posición recta hacia al frente.
    This is one of the most common stretches and is as easy as standing with your back to a support where you can place your hand and when you place your hand simply stand in a straight forward position.

    Zona estirada: Paredes abdominales
    Stretched zone: Abdominal walls
    Este estiramiento es un poco mas complejo ya que aqui nos vamos a arrodillar y buscaremos con nuestras manos nuestros tobillos, al agarrarlo miraremos hacia el cielo sacando el pecho, en este estiramiento si necesitan un poco de flexibilidad.
    This stretch is a little more complex because here we are going to kneel down and we will look for our ankles with our hands, when we grab it we will look towards the sky and we will stick out our chest, in this stretch we need a little bit of flexibility.

    Zona estirada: Cuadriceps
    Stretch zone: Quadriceps
    En este ejercicio nos vamos a arrodillar con una sola pierna y la otra la pondremos en posicion de una sentadilla, buscaremos agarrar nuestro tobillo mientras sacamos el pecho.
    In this exercise we are going to kneel with one leg and the other we will put it in a squat position, we will try to grab our ankle while we stick out our chest.

    Zona estirada: Los gemelos, parte del femoral
    Stretched area: Calf muscles, part of the femoral muscle.
    Este estiramiento es uno de los mas faciles aqui estando rectos buscaremos lanzar un pie hacia adelante un poco alejado con las manos en nuestra cintura y no buscaremos poner el pie que quede atras de punta, solo lo dejaremos plano al suelo para que asi haga el estiramiento.
    This is one of the easiest stretches here. Standing straight, we will try to throw one foot forward a little bit with our hands on our waist and we will not try to put the back foot on tiptoe, we will just leave it flat on the ground so that it will do the stretch.
