Here we will break down each section of the angel entry into three points: start, midpoint and end section.
For the pull up what we will do is master the pull ups in dislocation, this is an injurious exercise in which the humeral head is put under tension in the intracapsular ligaments, it is detrimental to the shoulder as this implies that it will have a greater tension for the rotator cuff and rotators etc. However, you can do it once a week as a routine exercise to get used to the movement, while you can train the normal pull-ups to strengthen the area as they are almost the same muscles involved in both variations of pull-ups, here is a list of the exercises involved.

This point of the exercise is a little more difficult here we have to perform a shoulder dislocation so that it allows us to then take the chest out and go up. To start training this part I highly recommend using a rubber band or a stick and work on your mobility as this dislocation is done under great tension and this makes our rotator cuff too prone to injury, as well as our deltoids, we put them under a lot of tension. If you can, work it on a low bar as I do in the video so you don't put so much tension on it without understanding the movement.

This point is the ''easiest'' to do, here what we will do is a hefesto but open, we can practice this with half open hefestos or with a large opening, we can do slight black hefesto with pull ups to gain strength (A requirement that was highly recommended to me is to do at least 3 pull ups of hefesto without assistance dominated to begin to train the entrance in angel and that it will not cost me so much). Here you can also train your biceps with weights and calisthenics to progress faster. I also recommend you to train your back, your forearms as this movement also needs to have a great strength as we do it with a false grip and you can't rotate the wrist of the bar too much.
