It is said that an Alkaline diet raises our body's pH levels to make it less acidic and more alkaline. Our body pH is measured on a scale ranging from 0-14 with 0 being the most acidic and 14 being the most alkaline.
In this video, I talk about the Alkaline Food one should include in their diet chart. From Juices to Veges and all different types of foods - I've tried explaining and have breaken down different food categories with respect to them being Alkaline Vs Acidic.
