This is Thai dessert named : Tako
Made from sago (you can see something looks like a small ball under coconut creamy topping)
and slice water chestnuts in Thai we called 'Haew' , you can see the thin slice on top and there are some mixed with sago under the coconut topping also.
The taste is sweet and a little bit salty.
