Hello my hive friends! I’m starting a new week with a piano cover in the channel. This time is turn for an Italian post punk band called Soviet Soviet.

¡Hola amigos de Hive! Estoy empezando la semana con un cover en piano. Esta vez es turno para la banda italiana de post punk llamada Soviet Soviet.

This song has a very high speed in the metronome, so it’s cool to practice more speed in my hands and improve the accuracy in pressing the keys. When you hear the drums in the original track, it also has a crazy speed in the hi hat, so keep that velocity is not easy.

Esta canción tiene una velocidad muy rápida en el metrónomo, así que es muy chevere practicar y mejorar la velocidad y la precisión al momento de tocar las teclas. Cuando escuchas las canción original, puedes notar que la batería también tiene una velocidad rápida en el hi hat.

This song was released in 2013 but became some popular among the genre and indie fans, some years later. It wasn’t obviously meant to play in the piano so it’s cool to make different styles in the piano. That’s what I like to do in My piano covers, play something that is not meant for piano.

Esta canción fue lanzada en el 2016 pero tomó algo de popularidad años más adelante, entre los fans del género. Esta canción obviamente no fue hecha para ser tocada en piano. Pero eso es lo que me gusta, tocar canciones que no son planeadas en piano y hacer mi versión en este instrumento.
