Actualización musical de mis proyectos | @hanselmusic

¡Hola a todos! Bueno hace tiempo que no podía publicar en Hive, y es que la verdad he estado bastante ocupado con mis proyectos musicales. Como saben, tengo mi banda y he estado promocionando más mi música escribiendo nuevas canciones y teniendo un poco más de eventos en vivo.

Hello everyone! Well it's been a while since I've been able to post on Hive, and the truth is that I've been quite busy with my musical projects. As you know, I have my band and I've been promoting my music more by writing new songs and having a bit more live events.

Estas son cosas que me he propuesto para este año y como todo, se necesita acción para llegar a donde quiero estar. Es por eso que me he puesto manos a la obra y en parte se han visto buenos resultados. Con el grupo hemos practicado un repertorio de más de 20 canciones y es por eso que se ha reducido el tiempo, me gusta tener bien hechas las canciones y eso requiere práctica.

These are things I have set out to do this year and like everything else, it takes action to get to where I want to be. That is why I have to work and I have seen good results. With the band we have practiced a repertoire of more than 20 songs and that is why the time has been reduced, I like to have the songs well done and that requires practice.

El pasado sábado tuvimos un evento, en el que tocamos 11 canciones y la verdad fue espectacular. La gente bailó, saltó, y cantó con nosotros, para mi fue una satisfacción ver a personas que nunca habían escuchado mi música, bailar y pasarlo tan bien con este proyecto.

Last Saturday we played in an event, in which we played 11 songs and it was spectacular. People danced, jumped, and sang with us, for me it was a satisfaction to see people who had never heard my music, dance and have such a good time with these songs.

Y la banda no para, tenemos ahora que grabar dos canciones para un concurso, estaremos en un estudio con un productor, quien nos grabará y enviará esas canciones a un jurado quien estará escuchado y bueno nosotros apuntamos a ganar este concurso.

And the band does not stop, we have to record two songs for a contest, we will be in a studio with a producer, who will record us and send those songs to a jury who will be listening and well we aim to win this contest.

Eso será en el lapso de las siguientes dos semanas, pero justo el 19 tendremos otro evento donde esta vez tocaremos algunos covers. Así que estamos preparando y terminando un repertorio lleno de rock y pop de los 80s. Pero no las típicas canciones que usualmente suenan, esta vez tendremos a Culture Club, Tears For Fears, Boney M, etc. entonces hay buen trabajo por hacer.

That will be in the span of the next two weeks, but right on the 19th we will have another event where this time we will play some covers. So we are preparing and finalizing a repertoire full of 80s rock and pop. But not the typical songs that people usually play, this time we will have Culture Club, Tears For Fears, Boney M, etc. so there is good work to do.

También con mi proyecto de piano, he tenido un poco más de trabajo y la idea es seguir llevando este trabajo a más lugares. Pero la noticia que me tiene muy emocionado es que fui seleccionado para tocar en el estadio de El Campin en Bogotá. Habrá un evento en que tocaran mil músicos varios temas del rock clásico, alternativo, como nirvana, green day, Muse, Foo Fighters, etc. así que también tendré que empezar a ensayar para ese gran evento.

Also with my piano project, I have had a little more work and the idea is to continue taking this project to more places. But the news that has me very excited is that I was selected to play at the El Campin stadium in Bogota. There will be an event in which a thousand musicians will play several classic and alternative rock songs, such as Nirvana, Green Day, Muse, Foo Fighters, etc. so I will also have to start rehearsing for this great event.

Estoy muy feliz de haber sido seleccionado como pianista entonces daré lo mejor para que todo salga bien.

I am very happy to have been selected as a pianist so I will do my best to make everything well.

Y mis proyecto de piano ha crecido un poco más por el uso de las redes sociales, el hecho de estar constantemente publicando y promocionando la música hace que llegue a más gente. Pero eso también requiere tiempo de planear, grabar y publicar, entonces también tengo el tiempo contado.

And my piano project has grown a little more because of the use of social networks, the fact of constantly publishing and promoting the music makes it reach more people. But that also requires time to plan, record and publish, so I also have the time counted.

Todo eso sin contar, mis otras actividades, como mi trabajo de profesor, y cosas personales que también requieren de tiempo. Es por eso la ausencia que he tenido en Hive, y el desánimo que he tenido por el apoyo que me ha disminuido. Pero bueno sé que se puede volver a tener esa rutina y que podré tener lo que he deseado acá en Hive. Tampoco quiero abandonar esta gran plataforma que muchas veces me ha ayudado. Así que sigo agradecido por ello.

All that without telling about my other activities, such as my job as a music teacher and personal things that also require time. That is why the absence I have had in Hive, and the discouragement I have had for the support that has diminished. But well, I know that I can get back to that routine and that I will be able to have what I have desired here in Hive. I also don't want to abandon this great platform that has helped me many times. So I remain grateful for it.

Tratare de publicar lo que hago y que tenga un poco más de actualización sobre lo que hago con mi música y nuevos planes para Hive.
