Hoy es el turno para una versión de "The Perfect Girl" originalmente hecha por The Cure, pero hecha cover por Mareux. Honestamente como fan de The Cure, la version de Mareux me gustó mucho más.

Es un poco más "dark" tiene un gran ritmo de batería, y un riff muy pegajoso. La canción original es más feliz y bueno la verdad no capture la misma esencia de este cover. Por eso he decidido hacer la versión en piano de Mareux. Dejaré ambas canciones por si quieren escuchar lo diferentes que son.

Algo interesante de la versión de Mareux es que se volvió viral en redes sociales. En tiktok e Instagram se usa mucho, así que esto le dio buena fama a Mareux, quien aprovecha para promocionar sus otras canciones. Algunas de ellas son muy buenas así que es un artista que recomiendo hoy.

Por supuesto yo también aprovecho para hacer mi cover, lo subí a YouTube anoche y ya ha tenido buena aceptación en solo unas horas. Yo también espero que mi cover se haga algo viral tal cual como otros videos de mi canal.

Today is the turn for a version of "The Perfect Girl" originally made by The Cure, but covered by Mareux. Honestly as a fan of The Cure, I liked Mareux's version much better.

It's a bit more "dark" it has a great drum beat, and a very catchy riff. The original song is happier and well the truth is that it doesn't capture the same essence of this cover. That's why I've decided to do the piano version of Mareux. I'll leave both songs in case you want to hear how different they are.

Something interesting about Mareux's version is that it went viral on social networks. On tiktok and Instagram it is used a lot, so this gave Mareux a good reputation, who takes the opportunity to promote his other songs. Some of them are very good so he is an artist that I recommend today.

Of course I also take the opportunity to do my cover, I uploaded it to YouTube last night and it has already been well received in just a few hours. I also hope that my cover becomes something viral just like other videos on my channel.
