A few days ago my hive brother @face2face shared some nice information about sleep, where I shared my comments. In fact, we all know more or less about sleep, which is why we don't waste sleeping time in a different way if we don't have any emergency issue. Because sleep is very important for our physical well-being. So experts say we need at least 6-7 hours of sleep every day. However, in today's video I have tried to present something about my sleeping position and the harmful aspects of not getting enough sleep.
