Sometimes, a patient comes with a constant/frequent symptom to us. But, during the physical examination, the symptom completely disappears. On the other hand, Sometimes a patient comes with a very infrequent symptom but in front of us, the symptom prevails prominently. I have talked about this interesting phenomenon in today's Alive Video.
