My Entry for Weekly Battle Challenge - CHILD OF THE FOREST

This Week Theme : CHILD OF THE FOREST

PHANTASM is a low mana card with Ranged Attack.

Here is the stats of the card.

Its a low mana card. At low level it have one ranged attack and at higher level it can have 3 ranged attack.
At level 1 it has the snipe ability, from level 5 on wards its got snare ability also.

Snipe - "Targets enemy Monsters with Ranged, Magic, or no attack that are not in the first position."

Snare - "When attacking enemies with Flying, removes the Flying ability and cannot miss."

Battle Details

Rule Set - Unprotected

Total mana cap for the monster selection was 16 mana.
To be true I am not a big fan of the snipe ability or used the snipe strategy. To participate in contest I used the snipe ability cards. This is first time I am using the CHILD OF THE FOREST and very rarely used the CENTAIR.

I used the Flesh Golem as tank (good healing ability).
At second position I placed the Furious Chicken and then two Snipe ability cards - CHILD OF THE FOREST and very CENTAIR. In my opinion if you are using the snipe then place as many as snipe cards as possible to take down then opponent (target one card at one time).
COF and Centair finished the CREEPING OOZE and the UNDEAD PRIEST.

First Round

IIn first round the CREEPING OOZE taken down. The opponent also used the snipe (TWISTED JESTER), which take down my COF in first round only.

Second Round

In the second round opponent's UNDEAD PRIEST was out of the game.

Third Round

In the next round the opponent's ANIMATED CORPSE was taken down by Flesh Golem.

Fourth Round

In the next round the opponent's FURIOUS CHICKEN was taken down by Flesh Golem.

Fifth Round

In the next round the opponent's HAUNTED SPIDER was taken down.

Seventh Round

In the last round the opponent's TWISTED JESTER was taken down.
