Un gusto saludarlos nuevamente en el HiveOpenMic de la semana 144, con ustedes su humilde servidor Luis Angel Ramirez, mejor conocido como @guitarmcy. La temática de ésta semana lleva por nombre "Melodic Dose" y fue propuesta por el artista destacado de ésta semana: @lyon-89, quién es un extraordinario cantante y productor.

Voy a participar en el Evento con una pieza de guitarra titulada "A Manuel Enrique Perez Díaz" de José Rafael Cisneros. Existen grandes compositores venezolanos que están casi en el olvido (En peligro de extinción), la dedicación de ésta obra va precisamente a uno de ellos.

Hay algo que quisiera destacar, y es que por que una persona no sea famosa, no significa que su arte y oficio no valga nada, al contrario, hay muchísimos artistas tanto vivos como muertos que han hecho obras musicales de alto valor, un artista debe ser muy seguro de sí mismo y saber cuanto vale realmente su obra, ya que si no puede terminar creyendo la mentira de otras personas.

Como la temática en español quiere decir "Dosis Melódica", la guitarra solista (llámese guitarra clásica, guitar fingerstyle, guitar solo, etc...) tiene tres dimensiones que ya he conversado en otras oportunidades aquí en Hive:

Melodía
Acompañamiento (contrapunto)
Bajo

La música se divide en tres planos igualmente:

Ritmo
Melodía
Armonía

Las melodías son parte fundamental de la música, aunque existe en la actualidad música que puede conformarse solamente de armonía y ritmo, como son por ejemplo algunas instrumentales de Hip Hip o música tecno.

Ahora, ésta obra tiene ésos 3 elementos principales de la música y hace un destacamiento de la melodía que me parece sumamente interesante y hermoso, es una obra que desde mi punto de vista está muy bien hecha a nivel musical y estético y es un privilegio el poder interpretarla para todos ustedes.

He tenido la necesidad de cambiar de editor de video debido a fallas que tenía mi computadora con el programa, he utilizado Windows Movie Maker para ésta ocasión.

A pleasure to greet you again in the HiveOpenMic of week 144, with you your humble servant Luis Angel Ramirez, better known as @guitarmcy. This week's theme is called "Melodic Dose" and was proposed by this week's featured artist: @lyon-89, who is an extraordinary singer and producer.

I will participate in the event with a guitar piece titled "A Manuel Enrique Perez Díaz" by José Rafael Cisneros. There are great Venezuelan composers who are almost forgotten (in danger of extinction), the dedication of this piece goes precisely to one of them.

There is something I would like to emphasize, and it is that *just because a person is not famous, does not mean that his art and craft is not worth anything, on the contrary, there are many artists both alive and dead who have made musical works of high value, an artist must be very sure of himself and know how much his work is really worth, otherwise he may end up believing the lies of other people.

As the theme in Spanish means "Melodic Dose", the solo guitar (call it classical guitar, guitar fingerstyle, guitar solo, etc...) has three dimensions that I have already discussed in other opportunities here in Hive:

Melody
Accompaniment (counterpoint)
Bass

The music is equally divided into three planes:

Rhythm
Melody
Harmony

Melodies are a fundamental part of music, although nowadays there is music that can be made up only of harmony and rhythm, such as some Hip Hip instrumentals or techno music.

Now, this work has those 3 main elements of music and makes a highlighting of the melody that I find extremely interesting and beautiful, it is a work that from my point of view is very well done musically and aesthetically and it is a privilege to be able to interpret it for all of you.

I have had the need to change video editor due to failures that my computer had with the program, I have used Windows Movie Maker for this occasion.
