Mis pequeños está es mi primera publicación en esta linda comunidad que creamos con mucho amor Eli (@elizabeths14) y yo y en esta oportunidad les comparto un poquito de mi camino en la batalla con mi cané.

Ya he hecho un par de vídeo hablando sobre está condición de mi piel, el como empecé en la pubertad y nunca se fue, los malos consejos que me dieron para "solucionarlo" y que solo me hicieron daño y también lo mal que me hacían sentir aquellos comentarios que me hacían sentir culpable por comer mucho chocolate (cosa que no era verdad de ninguna manera, porque no comía mucho chocolate ni tampoco era lo que me lo causaba) o que no limpiaba mi cara bien, etc...

Lo único que no había hecho en estos vídeos fue mostrar un poco de fotos del pasado que ilustraran el problema que tenía y en este video por fin me animé a hacerlo.

Espero les guste y les de ánimos si es que tienen alguna afecciónes cutáneas, los entiendo y empetizo con ustedes.

Ahora mi piel está mucho mejor mi autoestima se fortaleció y ya no me avergüenza que me vean tal y como soy.

Sin mas que decir, no paren de creer, crear y crecer.

My little ones, this is my first post in this beautiful community that Eli (@elizabeths14) and I created with a lot of love and in this opportunity I share with you a little bit of my journey in the battle with my cané.

I have already made a couple of videos talking about this skin condition, how it started in puberty and never went away, the bad advice I was given to "fix it" and that only hurt me and also how bad those comments that made me feel guilty for eating too much chocolate (which was not true in any way, because I didn't eat too much chocolate nor was it what caused it) or that I didn't clean my face well, etc...

The only thing I hadn't done in these videos was to show some pictures from the past that illustrated the problem I had and in this video I finally got the courage to do it.

I hope you like it and I hope it encourages you if you have any skin conditions, I understand you and I empathize with you.

Now my skin is much better, my self-esteem is stronger and I am no longer ashamed to be seen as I am.

Without further ado, don't stop believing, creating and growing.
