Hello dear friends / readers, I hope that everyone is always very well and having a great weekend, I also take the opportunity to congratulate all the parents who read to me on every daily musical trip, I hug everyone,

For today I will bring you a short piece again, which many (including myself) are used to in my publications, which in my opinion is well known since it is used for various soundtrack and the like,

Today's piece is the beautiful Adagio by the Italian composer Tomaso Albinoni, a composer born specifically in the City of Vienna, who lived in one of the most striking and important periods for music, the Baroque

An important characteristic of the music of that time was the bass and its almost repetitive movement, which is one reason why it is very easy to keep humming the melody of something baroque. It is something easy to assimilate and listen to.

Albinoni in life studied violin and singing, a reason that made him known for his precisely violin works and his operas, which made him recognized. In addition to these works there is one in particular, which was the one that later would give the world something to talk about, and that is the work that we will hear today,

The famous Adagio seems to be part of the operas that were heard back then, but there is a very interesting story behind all this, and that is that the work supposedly comes from a manuscript that the Italian musician Remo Giazotto would find, which originally only contained several measures of the bass,

This manuscript claims to have been found in Dresden after the Second World War, but there is something I want to tell you about ...

THIS ADAGE IS NOT FROM ALBINONI!

Yes, how do you read it ... The famous "Adagio de Albinoni" is not by Albinoni, although it was this work that gave him much more fame, this work ended up NOT being his,

This famous Adagio is actually from Remo Giazotto, composed around 1945 after the Second World War but that would undoubtedly have that Albonino air, that bass and that traditional baroque melody,

    🎧

Talking about the piece, we will hear just at the beginning a small introduction of organ chords, an instrument that will accompany the melody,

After these measures, this melody will begin, rectifying that minor tonality that the organ made present in the beginning, that feeling that there is something that seems heavy but at the same time flows,

A sadness, or rather a melancholy, a regret, but that never ends up settling,

Something that despite having this sensation borders on the pretty and the beautiful, while maintaining from beginning to end its fluidity so special and rare, at the same time,

Already commented on today's piece, I retire and leave you to listen and enjoy it, I also take advantage of reiterating the thanks for listening, reading and support, Welcome always!
