En esta ocasión le tova el turno a el C.H.A.D. Ese es el nombre del jefe final del mapa del Hospital, es una gran burbuja de sangre que el Dr. Fetus ha invocado para destruirnos.

No tiene gran habilidad pero al tocarlo morimos y además se mueve con gran rapidez por los lagos desangre que inundan el escenario así que hay que estar en continuo movimiento para poder vencerlo.
