Just a few days ago I shared with you the gameplay of one of the first events that BrawlStars launched in this new season, at that time I told you about Basket Brawl, an event that I loved. Well, as I mentioned in that publication, during the whole season 7 we will have the opportunity to enjoy rotating sporting events with which the game developers intend to survey the acceptance of the gamer community to later decide if any of these events will remain as a permanent event.

Hace tan solo unos días les compartí un gameplay de uno de los primeros eventos que lanzó BrawlStars en esta nueva temporada, para entonces les hablé de Brawloncesto, un evento que por cierto me encantó. Bueno como les comentaba en esa publicación, durante toda la temporada 7 tendremos la oportunidad de disfrutar de eventos deportivos rotativos con los que los desarrolladores del juego pretenden sondear la aceptación de la comunidad gamer para posteriormente decidir si alguno de estos quedará como evento permanente.

Well, it's Volley Brawl's turn, which, as you may have guessed, emulates the classic game of volleyball in 3 vs. 3 matches on a court that becomes a real battlefield.

The dynamics of the game consist of trying to make the ball land directly on the court of the opposing team, every time this happens we will score 1 point for our team, the first to score 2 points will be the winner. It is important to keep moving on the court because we must not only avoid at all costs that the ball lands in our area, but we must also take advantage of attacking the players of the opposing team in their own court to make it impossible for them to reach the ball.

Pues bien, ha llegado el turno de Voleibrawl, que como supondrán emula el clásico juego de voleibol en un combate 3 contra 3 en una cancha que se convierte en un verdadero campo de batalla.

La dinámica del juego consiste en procurar que el balón aterrice directamente en el suelo del equipo contrario, cada vez que esto ocurra conseguiremos anotar 1 punto para nuestro equipo, el primero que consiga anotar 2 puntos será el vencedor. Es importante mantenernos en movimiento en la cancha, porque no solo debemos evitar a toda costa que el balón aterrice en nuestro campo, sino que también debemos aprovechar de atacar a los jugadores del equipo contrario en su propio campo para imposibilitarlos de alcanzar el balón.

Being this a new event, I took the time to play several games with several of my brawlers, to test their performance on the court according to their abilities.

Siendo un evento nuevo me tomé el tiempo de jugar varias partidas con varios de mis brawlers para probar su desempeño en la cancha de acuerdo a sus habilidades.

Of all the brawlers I played with, I must highlight the performance of El Primo because with his super he can make great jumps that allow him to go from one place to another on the court in seconds so that he can hit the ball before it hits the floor.

De todos los brawlers con los que jugué debo destacar la actuación de El Primo, porque con su super puede dar grandes saltos que le permiten ir de un lugar a otro en la cancha en segundos, de manera que puede llegar a golpear el balón antes de que éste toque el suelo.

The other brawler that I liked a lot in this event is Jacky, because when she is attacking in the enemy territory she is able to catch her opponents, eliminating them before they can hit the ball, and in the case of not eliminating them completely she can at least move them from the point where they are waiting on the ball, making it impossible for them to hit the return shot. I liked its performance in Volley Brawl so much that she was chosen for this gameplay.

El otro brawler que me gustó mucho en este evento es Jacky, porque estando ella atacando en el campo enemigo es capaz de atraer a sus oponentes, eliminándolos antes de que éstos puedan golpear el balón, y en el caso de no eliminarlos por completo al menos puede moverlos del punto en el que esperan en el balón, imposibilitándolos de dar el golpe de retorno. Me gustó tanto su desempeño en Voleibrawl que fue la elegida para este gameplay.

In Volley Brawl, both offense and defense are determinant to be victorious, so having a team of players who truly understand the dynamics of the game is vital so that while some are in the enemy field attacking the opponents to hinder their rebounding action, another must remain in the own field to hit the ball when it comes back. Teamwork is very important in this event.

En el Voleibrawl es determinante tanto el ataque como la defensa para salir victoriosos, por lo que contar con un equipo de jugadores que entiendan verdaderamente la dinámica del juego es vital, de manera que mientras algunos están en el campo enemigo atacando a los oponentes para entorpecer su acción de rebote, otro debe permanecer en el campo propio para golpear el balón cuando venga de vuelta. En este evento es muy importante el trabajo en equipo.

While I have said that I really liked Basket Brawl, as I also liked Brawl Ball at the time, I think that what they have achieved with Volley Brawl is superior, much more dynamic, and fun. The games can be prolonged when both teams are balanced in skills and when their players understand the objective of the game. Honestly, I thought it was great.

Si bien he dicho que me ha gusto mucho Brawloncesto, como en su momento también me gustó Balón Brawl, creo que lo que han logrado con Voleibrawl es superior, mucho más dinámico y divertido. Las partidas se pueden prolongar cuando ambos equipos están equilibrados en habilidades y cuando sus jugadores entienden el objetivo del juego. Sinceramente, me ha parecido genial.
