Leche Flan Recipe | Sweet and Creamy Filipino Dessert‎

Ingredients:

1 egg (medium size)
1 powdered milk (bear brand swak)
1 teaspoon sugar (for caramelized coating)
1 piece Calamansi
1/4 cup water

Note: (You can also add sugar to the mixture if you want it to be really sweet.)
