| En esta segunda parte de nuestro viaje por Caripe, quisimos asumir el reto de hacer senderismo y conocer la famosa "Cascada Chorreron", la cual es alabada por los habitantes del pueblo, por los paisajes del camino y su rio de agua helada.
Lo único es que no teníamos ni idea de la exigencia física del recorrido, hay muchas subidas empinadas, caminos super estrechos y el miedo de resbalar por alguno de sus barrancos. |
In this second part of our trip through Caripe, we wanted to take on the challenge of hiking and getting to know the famous "Cascada Chorreron", which is praised by the inhabitants of the town, for the landscapes along the way and its river of frozen water.
The only thing is that we had no idea of the physical demands of the route, there are many steep climbs, super narrow paths and the fear of slipping down one of its ravines. |

Durante el Camino de ida mi mamá se comenzó a sentir mal, al punto de llegar a vomitar en varios puntos de la selva, pero como nos dividieron en 2 grupos, mi hermana mayor fué la que tuvo que lidiar con toda la situación. Debido a esto, mi mamá no se pudo bañar en la cascada por mucho tiempo, pues se tardaron mucho en llegar.
De regreso mi esposo y yo acompañamos a mi mamá, y los guías se portaron a la altura, ayudaron a mi mamá muchísimo y hasta el último momento le tuvieron paciencia. Bajamos de noche de la montaña, pero en ningún momento la hiceron sentir mal por el retraso. Al final disfrutamos nuestro día al máximo. |
During the outward journey, my mother began to feel bad, to the point of vomiting at various points in the jungle, but since we were divided into 2 groups, my older sister was the one who had to deal with the whole situation. Due to this, my mother could not bathe in the waterfall for a long time, because it took a long time to arrive.
On the way back, my husband and I accompanied my mother, and the guides behaved up to the task, they helped my mother a lot and were patient with her until the last moment. We came down the mountain at night, but at no time did they make her feel bad about the delay. In the end we enjoyed our day to the fullest. |
