Compositor de este hermoso bolero ranchero, nacio el 31 de Diciembre de 1909 en Arecibo/ Puerto Rico y murio el 16 de Marzo de 1986 a los 74 años de edad. Tiene en su haber la composición de 80 boleros ya que su trabajo fue poco pero de una gran calidad.

Composer of this beautiful ranchero bolero, he was born on December 31, 1909 in Arecibo / Puerto Rico and died on March 16, 1986 at 74 years of age. He has to his credit the composition of 80 boleros since his work was little but of great quality.

JAVIER SOLIS

Gabriel Siria Levario mayor de tres hermanos, nacio en ciudad de Mexico el 1 de Septiembre de 1931, salto a los escenarios a finales de los años 50 cuando el bolero ranchero copaba los escenarios. Se le conocio como el rey del bolero ranchero. Solo alcanzo el quinto grado de primaria, cuando fallecio su madrina y benefactora, fue boxeador, carnicero, panadero y hasta lavo automoviles, pero su mayor pasion siempre fue el canto, asi que en 1945 aprendio a tocar la guitarra y comenzo a cantar, sobre todo tangos, cambio su nombre por el de "Javier Luquín", hasta, que a mediados de 1940 surge el bolero ranchero en la voz de Pedro Infante y asi nace la leyenda de Javier Solis.

He was known as the king of the ranchero bolero. He only reached the fifth grade of primary school, when his godmother and benefactress died, he was a boxer, butcher, baker and even washed cars, but his greatest passion was always singing, so in 1945 he learned to play the guitar and began to sing, about all tangos, it changed its name to "Javier Luquín", until, in the middle of 1940, the ranchero bolero appeared in the voice of Pedro Infante and thus the legend of Javier Solis was born.
