Here you can see my werkend grocery shopping. I went to the one single only organic stand at MERCAT CENTRAL ALICANTE and started ordering plantanos and naranjas so I get enough and do not have to go to 3 shops all the time.
For breakfast I usually have 2-3 oranges sometimes a banana
After my first workout I eat 3 bananas with oats, buckwheat + sunflower sprouts, self made soja joghurt and wild blueberries. At the moment more and more often 2 portions of that.
In the evenings sometimes one more portion of it and some stirfried veggies with buckwheat or millet.
At night I eat another kilo of oranges and or banana. Sometimes I treat myself with some nuts, dates and cacao nibs.
Thats it simple cheap fast easy minimalistic sustainable,...
