    Hola comunidad de full deportes, hoy viernes les traigo una rutina muy fácil de practicar en casita, se trata de un fullbody, con bastante movilidad y fuerza, trabaje mi rutina con peso, realice unas series de ejercicios con distintas variantes que tuvieron enfoque en casi todo mi cuerpo, trabaje cuádriceps, brazos, glúteos, pecho y abdomen, en un lapso de 4 series en 20 repeticiones cada ejercicio, los invito a ver mi video completo así que comencemos.
