    Hi there, dear community, happy to be here to share with you a really easy but delicious recipe for those days when you're craving a good spaghetti with a good sauce.

    Ingredients
    200gs Chiken breast (chopped into chunks)
    20gs of calabrian sausage
    1 spoon cream cheese
    1 Garlic teeth
    100 ml of milk with a spoon of corn starch
    1 half of an onion or a little onion
    a bunch of mushrooms (it can be replace by Broccoli)
    1 little branch of chives
    1 spoon of olive oil
    1 spoon of butter
    seasonings: Salt, paprika and black pepper
    200gs of spaghetti (2 people portion)

    Even the process is clearly explain in the video, I would love to share with you some tips:

    -Always when stir-frying onion and garlic put the onion first and the garlic on top of it, it would avoid the garlic to get burn easily.
    -The spaghetti is better end its procces of cooking into the sauce, it would guaratee it keep more the flavor into the spaghetti.
    -The quantities of seasoning always would depend on how much you like it.

    Hola querida comunidad, estoy feliz de estar aquí para compartir con ustedes una receta muy fácil pero deliciosa para esos días en los que se les antoja un buen espagueti con una buena salsa.

    Ingredientes
    200 g de pechuga de pollo (cortada en trozos)
    20 g de salchicha de Calabria
    1 cucharada de queso crema
    1 diente de ajo
    100 ml de leche con una cucharada de maicena
    1 media cebolla o un poco de cebolla
    un manojo de champiñones (se puede reemplazar por brócoli)
    1 ramita de cebollino
    1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
    1 cucharada de mantequilla
    condimentos: sal, pimentón y pimienta negra
    200 g de espagueti (porción para 2 personas)

    Aunque el proceso está claramente explicado en el video, me encantaría compartir con ustedes algunos consejos:

    -Siempre que saltees cebolla y ajo, pon la cebolla primero y el ajo encima, evitarás que el ajo se queme fácilmente. -Es mejor que los espaguetis terminen su proceso de cocción en la salsa, así se garantizará que mantengan más el sabor de los espaguetis.
    -Las cantidades de condimento siempre dependerán de cuánto te guste.
