    Hi dear community long time not being around here, I'm so sorry about that but sometimes people need to rest to come back stronger or that's what I hope so. Today, I'm here to share with you one of my husband favorite recipes, Spanish Tortilla or potato tortilla.

    Ingredients:
    2 medium potatos
    1 little onion
    a piece of bacon
    3 eggs
    salt
    black pepper

    This quantity of ingredients can change, it would depend on how big your frying pan is (mine is 18cm of diameter).

    Important tips:

    *Add seasoning to the potatos. potatos are characterize for absorb a lot of salt, if you don't put it some salt it would absorb the salt you put to the tortilla and it would end tasteless.

    *The pan should be really hot and then you add the sun flower oil. Once everything is really hot is when you're going to add the mixture, because on the other way, your tortilla is going to stick to the pan.

    *Flip the tortilla once you have verified it is not stick to the pan and that is partially cooked.

    Hola querida comunidad hace mucho que no estoy por aquí, lo siento mucho pero a veces la gente necesita descansar para volver más fuerte o eso espero. Hoy estoy aquí para compartir con ustedes una de las recetas favoritas de mi esposo, la tortilla española o tortilla de papa.

    Ingredientes:
    2 patatas medianas
    1 cebolla pequeña
    un trozo de tocino
    3 huevos
    sal
    pimienta negra

    Esta cantidad de ingredientes puede variar, dependerá del tamaño de tu sartén (la mía tiene 18cm de diámetro).

    Consejos importantes:

    *Añadir condimento a las patatas. las patatas se caracterizan por absorber mucha sal, si no le pones un poco de sal absorbería la sal que le echas a la tortilla y quedaría sin sabor.

    *La sartén debe estar muy caliente y luego agregas el aceite de girasol. Una vez que esté todo bien caliente es cuando vas a agregar la mezcla, porque de otro modo tu tortilla se va a pegar a la sartén.

    *Voltea la tortilla una vez que hayas verificado que no esté pegada a la sartén y que esté parcialmente cocida.
