    Cooking is not always about really complicate ingredients or really elaborated dishes. Sometimes, cooking is about simple but magical dishes that makes our mouth, heart and tummy really happy. There are recipes that even are really easy to cook, it guard a great flavor when doing it in the appropriate manner. So here, I am today sharing with you a really easy but delicious dish.

    Ingredients
    Tuna filets
    Three garlic tooth
    a Bunch of parsley (I used about a coffee cup)
    4 olive oil spoons
    1 big butter spoon
    salt
    pepper
    oregano
    3 wheat flour spoons
    1 big corn flour spoon

    what I love the most about this recipe, it is that even is really easy to do it, it keeps a lot of flavor. And not only that, it is great to get off the typical dishes with chicken and meat.

    tips:
    -This fish is ideal to be accompained by a fresh salad (with greens and tomato, even onion).
    -The garlic sauce tastes better once in rest 30 minutes at least.

    Cocinar no siempre se trata de ingredientes realmente complicados o platos realmente elaborados. A veces, cocinar se trata de platos sencillos pero mágicos que nos alegran mucho la boca, el corazón y el estómago. Hay recetas que aunque son muy fáciles de cocinar, guardan un gran sabor si se hacen de la manera adecuada. Así que hoy les comparto un plato realmente fácil pero delicioso.
    

    Ingredientes
    filetes de atún
    Tres dientes de ajo
    un manojo de perejil (yo usé aproximadamente una taza de café)
    4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
    1 cucharada grande de mantequilla
    sal
    pimienta
    orégano
    3 cucharadas de harina de trigo
    1 cucharada grande de harina de maíz

    Lo que más me gusta de esta receta es que aunque es muy fácil de hacer, mantiene mucho sabor. Y no sólo eso, es genial para bajarte de los platos típicos con pollo y carne.

    consejos:
    -Este pescado es ideal para acompañar con una ensalada fresca (con verduras y tomate, incluso cebolla).
    -La salsa de ajo sabe mejor una vez que reposa al menos 30 minutos.
