See The World #50 - The Mud Volcanoes from Berca, Pâclele Mari & Pâclele Mici [Romania Tour 2021, Ep

Happily, our travelling feet dedicated 2021 to this kind of places and managed to explore quite a few from this part of the world, summing up 3 of the most active ones in the attached video.

All three locations you will see, are part of the Buzau County, starting with The Mud Volcanoes from Pâclele Mari that are also the most popular ones and where you will meet many tourists from all over the world, and ending with Fierbatorile de la Berca (Active Muddy Volcanoes in Romania) that seemed as being the most active ones but also placed in a very wild location where you will be alone with the nature.

The Mud Volcanoes from Pâclele Mari are the main place tourists are coming in the county to visit but just 2 km away from these are The Mud Volcanoes from Pâclele Mici which honestly, I enjoyed a lot more. It's true that you can't reach these with a car as it happens in the first place and perhaps we can talk about a little comfort from some of the tourists, but overall, those who truly love unique places offered by nature, will make an effort no matter what. 😃

There is also a camping base right under these so no better way to connect with the nature other than resting at the foothills of some of the most interesting parts of the county!

Anyway, as much as I would love to talk about those formations starting with how they appeared, what they are making and why are so important for the whole world, as much I have already wrote for each place in my articles that I'll leave attached down below so you can read more if interested because I don't want to make this post too long. 💚
