Demente
Te va a pagar

Hello friends of Hive open mic!, it's great to share with you this week 119! Hoping you are well.
With this important theme, I decided to sing the song entitled "Demente" by Tercer Cielo. A lyric in which she calls herself insane, and gives the reasons for what she believes, inviting people who know her to judge her. I am sure that many people have this prejudice and that is why they judge people who put their faith in God in a way that they live it every day, and reject them for it. However, we still enjoy that freedom that allows us to believe.
By prejudice we understand that value that is made in advance of someone or a group that is not verified or corroborated. This is very harmful because it exerts pressure on groups leading to violence and rejection, however it can be modified when the truth or the essence of the person is clearly seen.
This song is an example of how prejudice can reach a person or groups of people because of their faith.
Insane
For wanting to live against the current
For wanting to do things differently
For saying that I hear a voice from heaven
Insane
For believing that miracles still exist
That they are not by chance
Nor so strange
Because I have become accustomed to see them in me
Because I've fought my best battles
On my knees in my room,
Because I've given up so many valuable things without expecting anything,
Because I've decided to put my trust in someone that I don't
You can see judge me you judge me you judge me you
Insane for believing in forgiveness at all costs
Even when the wound was violent and let God be the one that
Will pay you back
Insane for showing love to the one who rejects me and believing that
There's still hope with the faith that one day your life will change
For I would choose a violent death in exchange for denying my faith
Man could kill my body but never the soul, because I have
Decided to put my trust in someone you can't see
Judge me you judge me you judge me you
Because I've fought my best battles
On my knees in my room, because I've given away so many
Valuable things without expecting anything, 'cause I've decided
To put my trust in someone you can't see judge me you judge me you judge me you
